Marble-ous treasures
All museums have their treasures but maybe some have too many! The Archaeological Museum here in Istanbul has a brain overload abundance of treasures and things I never know existed So so much but here are just a very tiny glimpse. There was of course a thousand non-marble wonders but I like these photos and photography was difficult in some sections. And when do you stop!?!

Istanbul sights
Istanbul is so modern yet still retains an exotic feel and is full of history and atmosphere. Turks seem to make up the majority of visitors here not us foreigners. Lots of images and sights race before your eyes every minute you are here, including the cats of course!

What!?! I willingly spent about $30 on dinner last night!?! Crazy but true. But I had a great meal including the wildly delicious desert in the photo, I sat in the cool of the evening in a pleasant outdoor restaurant and I was just a metre away from the artists in the video. The mystery and exoticness of the Swirling Dervish and the craftmanship of the two very talented musicians. I may well go tonight as well but I will take a chance and order some other unknown desert surprise.
